Barcelona have no intention of sacking Xavi at this time or at any end of the season regardless of the outcome according to Deco sporting director.
Speaking to Portuguese media Deco said Xavi had resigned. He continued until the end of the season but no more.
Deco added that he revealed that he felt unable to give the team the change we needed.
Xavi and his side suffered another disappointing draw at home to No. 19 Granada at home.
Barca have now failed to beat Granada in their last five meetings drawing four and losing one.
Barca are now 10 points behind Real Madrid in the title race and 5 points behind Girona.
