UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin has revealed plans to issue a new law that could change the costs of all European clubs . To hurt the big clubs that have spent a lot of money on players like Manchester United and Liverpool and did not win the title.
Ceferin said ៖ By 2024, all clubs will be able to spend 70% of their total revenue on player salaries and transfers, but it does not mean that the club earns 5 billion, spending 70% of that way.
We are not talking about the income of the club owners at all, we are only focusing on the income from winning the competition. However, it requires the consent of all frameworks with all UEFA.
