According to Gianluca Di Marzio Theo Hernandez has opened up to a move to Al Hilal and the deal can now go through. The 27-year-old French left-back has one year left on his contract with AC Milan.
Al Hilal are prepared to meet Milan asking price of around €35m to secure Hernandez transfer. Since joining Milan in 2019 Hernandez has been a key player but with his contract expiring soon the club is keen to avoid losing him on a free transfer and is open to facilitating his departure this summer.
While Hernandez has expressed a preference to remain in Europe top leagues the lucrative offer from Al Hilal has made the move increasingly possible.
Negotiations between Milan and Al Hilal and Hernandez representatives continue with the final decision resting with the player.
