According to Fabrizio Romano Chelsea are not planning to reactivate their efforts to sign Mike Maignan from Milan.
The Blues attempted to reach an agreement with the Italian club before the Club World Cup but were unable to settle on a suitable price.
Chelsea public stance remains that they are confident in their current goalkeepers and are not desperate to sign a new No.1 at all costs.
That why they are not planning to come back for Maignan later in the window as talks ended before the first transfer deadline on June 10.
