Jarell Quansah remains high on Bayer Leverkusen shortlist as they are looking for a new centre-back.

According to Fabrizio Romano the Bundesliga side have had contacts with Liverpool over a potential deal that would be separate from Florian Wirtz move to Anfield.

Quansah is not the only name on Bayer shortlist. They have also added Sevilla and France centre-back Loic Bade 25 as a more experienced option.

Liverpool are yet to decide whether they want to sell Quansah but they are unlikely to stand in his way if the player chooses to leave.
