According to Saudi news outlet Al-Ariyadhiah Bruno Fernandes and Al Hilal have not reached an agreement on the personal terms of the player contract with the Pro League club.
Al Hilal have reportedly offered him a four-year contract worth £21m a season.
Bruno meanwhile wants a shorter three-year deal worth £25m per season plus £5-7m in add-ons.
Al Hilal are aiming to bring in the Man United captain before the Club World Cup transfer window ends on June 10. However it is not clear if either side is prepared to compromise.
