According to Globo Esporte Flamengo have decided against advancing in negotiations to sign Joao Felix.
The Brazilian giants were interested in the Chelsea forward currently on loan at Milan and discussed a potential transfer before the Club World Cup.
However Flamengo decided against it for two reasons. First Felix current salary is deemed too high. Second he has offers from European clubs and appears to prefer that option.
As a result Flamengo are not moving forward with the negotiations while Chelsea are still looking for a club that would take Felix off their hands.
