According to The Times Ibrahima Konate side has voiced their demands for the next Liverpool contract.

The Frenchman reportedly wants a two-and-a-half-times increase to his existing salary of £80.000 a week to earn around £200.000 per week.

This would make Konate one of the highest earners at Anfield only Mohamed Salah with Virgil van Dijk and Alisson are believed to earn above £200.000 per week.

Liverpool are considering whether to give such an increase to the player whose contract expires next summer.
