Aston Villa have officially announced a contract extension for defensive midfielder Lamare Bogarde.
The 21-year-old Dutch midfielder has committed his future to the club by signing a new long-term deal.
Bogarde a Netherlands U21 international has become a regular presence in Villa matchday squads this season making 16 appearances across all competitions including four in the Champions League.
The versatile youngster who can operate both in defence and midfield joined Villa in the summer of 2020 from Feyenoord academy. He also gained first-team experience during a loan spell at Bristol Rovers.
