AC Milan have no intention of signing Joao Felix on a permanent transfer from Chelsea as the club has internally decided not to proceed with a deal for the Portuguese winger reports Fabrizio Romano.
The 25-year-old joined Milan on a straight loan from Chelsea without an option to buy. Despite initial optimism from Milan senior adviser Zlatan Ibrahimovic who suggested that keeping Felix could be an option the club has now made it clear they will not pursue a permanent move.
Chelsea will now evaluate their options regarding Felix future with potential destinations including Turkey Saudi Arabia or a possible return to Benfica in Portugal. The Blues are expected to explore offers in the summer transfer window to determine the best path forward for the winger.
