Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya has expressed his optimism that the club will soon lift a trophy citing the team progress and growth as key factors.
Raya who joined the Gunners from Brighton believes that the team is heading in the right direction despite narrowly missing out on Champions League semifinal qualification last season.
The Spanish goalkeeper acknowledged the challenge ahead particularly with a tough matchup against Real Madrid looming.
However he emphasized the team determination to succeed and make the most of their opportunities.
Raya comments come as Arsenal looks to overcome a recent slump having finished second in the league for two consecutive seasons and currently trailing table-toppers Liverpool.
