Bayern Munich have announced that Alphonso Davies has signed a new deal.
The Canadian full-back has extended his contract with the Munich club until 2030.
The Canadian international was set to enter the final months of his contract with Bayern Munich leaving his future hanging in the balance. However he will now remain in Germany.
Bayern has made a significant financial effort to convince the player who had lucrative offers from other clubs.
Notably both Real Madrid and Manchester United expressed serious interest in acquiring his services but Davies has chosen to continue his journey in Munich.
