German midfielder Tom Bischof just 19 years old has already played 53 matches for Hoffenheim senior team and has quickly become an indispensable part of the starting lineup.

In Germany Bayern Munich have shown interest in the young talent and has reportedly secured his signing in advance. According to local media Hoffenheim and the German champions won't even need to negotiate as Bischof contract expires this summer allowing Bayern to sign him on a free transfer.
