Italian side Como have confirmed the signing of former Premier League midfielder Dele Alli on a deal until 2026 with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
The 28-year-old Englishman had been training with Como since December as part of his recovery from a long-term injury.
Head coach Cesc Fabregas welcomed Alli signing stating The club believes in Dele potential and is committed to helping him rediscover his best form.
His experience and leadership qualities will undoubtedly benefit the squad.
Alli last competitive appearance was in February 2023 while on loan at Turkish side Besiktas.
He had been training at Everton facilities after his contract with the club ended in July but confirmed his departure from the Merseyside club in December.
Como currently 17th in Serie A will be hoping Alli signing can help boost their fortunes starting with their next match against Udinese on January 20.
