Tottenham have reportedly decided not to turn Timo Werner loan deal into a permanent transfer paving the way for the German winger to return to RB Leipzig in the summer.
Werner second loan spell at Spurs has been underwhelming prompting some fans to call for his early return to Leipzig in January.
The German has struggled to establish himself making just three starts in 19 Premier League games and contributing only three assists in his 16 appearances off the bench.
As a result Tottenham have opted not to exercise their option to sign Werner permanently and he will instead return to RB Leipzig at the end of the season.
