Manchester United have reached out to Alphonso Davies and his representatives to arrange a meeting in January as the Canadian star approaches the end of his contract with Bayern Munich reports The United Stand.
Davies set to become a free agent next summer will be eligible to negotiate with other clubs starting January 1.
The 23-year-old has yet to reach an agreement with Bayern with reports suggesting he is seeking a €16 million annual salary and a €15 million signing bonus. Davies has revealed in the dressing room that he has been presented with a new and likely final proposal.
The player has yet to respond to the offer with reports suggesting the club has given him an ultimatum: accept the terms or seek a new team.
