Barcelona striker Pau Victor has spoken highly of coach Hansi Flick ability to keep every player ready to contribute at a moment notice even if they not regular starters.

Victor who has found game time hard to come by acknowledged that competing with one of the world top strikers makes it tough to get minutes on the pitch.

However he using the opportunity to learn from his teammate every day and make the most of his chances when they arise.

When you are competing with the best striker in the world it is difficult to get minutes but I try to learn a lot from him every day and take advantage of the opportunities that come my way Victor said.
