Theo Hernández remains a strong option for Bayern Munich if Alphonso Davies departs at the end of the season.
Bayern under Max Eberl leadership had progressed in negotiations with the 27-year-old AC Milan left-back last summer.
However the transfer was shelved as the club opted to let Davies play out the final year of his contract instead.
As Davies future remains uncertain Hernández is once again under consideration with his experience and versatility making him a fitting replacement. Bayern could revisit talks to strengthen their squad depth at left-back.
