Neymar is reportedly ready to return to his first club Santos. The club already has an agreement with him.
Despite his current contract with Al Hilal which runs until 2025 Neymar time in Saudi Arabia has been riddled with injuries and limited playing time.
As of now work is underway to terminate his contract at Al Hilal! His comeback could be part of the club efforts to bounce back into the top division of Brazilian football as Santos currently leads Série B.
However a return would involve a significant financial sacrifice for Neymar as his salary at Al Hilal far exceeds what Santos can offer. The club is preparing a compensation package that includes revenue from merchandise sponsorships and commercial deals all of which would supplement Neymar reduced salary.
