According to Brazilian media outlet Globo West Ham are preparing a £30m offer for Botafogo striker Igor Jesus.
The 23-year-old joined his current club last July. He was a free agent after leaving Shabab Al-Ahli in the United Arab Emirates.
Since returning to Brazil Igor Jesus has already made his senior Brazil debut registering one goal and one assist in two World Cup qualifiers. For Botafogo he has found the net eight times in 22 games.
Owned by Crystal Palace co-owner John Textor Botafogo are ready to negotiate a deal for the striker in the January transfer window.
