Sir Alex Ferguson was in attendance to watch Man United play out their 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Old Trafford.
Before the match the gaffer was also seen sharing a moment with the Red Devils co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe in the stands.
The two met each other in the Old Trafford VIP box and seemed to share a few laughs as well as enjoy a warm conversation.
This is after Sir Jim reportedly played a role in stripping Sir Alex of his ambassadorial role at Man United as part of the budget cuts.
Sir Alex was especially there at Old Trafford to support his ex-player Ruud van Nistelrooy who saw Man United play out a draw in their first Premier League game with him as interim coach.
