Barcelona have announced that Fermin Lopez has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
The Spanish midfielder has put pen to paper on a new deal that runs up until the end of June 2029. As per Fabrizio Romano his release clause has been set at €500m and his salary has been increased as well.
This comes after Fermin impressive performances for Hansi Flick side after recovering from his injury.
He has two assists in as many matches and seems to be thriving in that no.10 role as he proved with his heroics against Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
