Real Madrid continue to believe in Kylian Mbappe despite growing criticism of his performance. Following a lacklustre display against Barcelona the pressure is mounting on the French forward who has yet to find his rhythm since joining in the summer.
According to Marca Real Madrid remain confident in Mbappé ability to contribute significantly to the team. They believe he can become a key player as the season progresses despite his struggles.
So far this season Mbappe has scored six goals in La Liga with half of them coming from penalties. He will need to increase his output from open play to meet expectations in the coming matches.
Mbappe next challenge comes against Valencia followed by important fixtures against AC Milan and Osasuna. Fans will be keen to see if he can bounce back and deliver the performances they know he is capable of.
