Romeo Lavia was a surprise starter for Chelsea against Liverpool but he held his own in the challenging clash.
He was actually one of the Blues better performers in the first half and was taken off after 53 minutes as Enzo Maresca doesnt want to risk him getting injured again.
Despite that Lavia was quite the explosive figure in midfield and often popped into the right places to help his side get the edge.
The midfielder made two tackles two interceptions and won six duels against Liverpool to help his side keep them on their toes.
But Lavia was also impressive with moving the ball forward. He completed three dribbles in the game and also maintained a 96% passing accuracy!
The Belgian midfielder definitely made a bright impression with his proactive display and deserves to get more game-time in matches ahead.
