Manchester City defender Nathan Ake has returned to team training signalling an imminent return to first-team action after a hamstring injury.
Ake who last featured on September 10 has missed seven matches for City due to the injury sustained while playing for the Netherlands against Germany.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano the Dutch defender is now 100% fit and available soon.
City manager Pep Guardiola previously hinted at Ake return saying I expect him back after the international break.
However Guardiola cautioned that Ake requires time to regain full fitness unlike some players who can quickly return to training.
The info I had yesterday is that he has started training on the pitch and we will see Guardiola added.
Ake return will provide a significant boost to City defense which has coped with his absence.
