Jese Rodriguez has officially joined Malaysia Super League club Johor Darul Ta'zim.
The club are owned by Ibrahim Ismail the eldest son of the Sultan. Ibrahim is said to be a passionate football fan and a person with connections in Spanish football. Previously ex-La Liga players Dani Guiza and Jordi Amat signed for Johor Darul.
Johor Darul are considered the best club in Malaysia so it quite possible that Jese will end up winning the league title with his new team.
Jese previously played for Coritiba - Sampdoria - Ankaragucu - Las Palmas - Paris Saint-Germain - Sporting Lisbon - Real Betis - Stoke City and Real Madrid. He made 94 appearances for the latter recording 33 goal contributions.
