Donny van de Beek has ended his two-year goal drought finally with a late strike in Girona 2-3 defeat to Feyenoord in the Champions League.
The former Manchester United midfielder scored just twice at Old Trafford in four years. Although goals are not primarily what makes him stand out Donny playing with more confidence for Girona.
Van de Beek last found the back of the net in 2021-22 he was on loan at Everton and scored in a defeat to Arsenal.
The 27-year-old has made four substitute appearances for Girona in La Liga and started twice for them in the Champions League once against PSG followed by Feyenoord.
