Vitor Roque has left Barcelona to sign for Real Betis on loan the club have confirmed.

Roque loan at Betis will last for one year with an option for a further year.

If Roque stays at Betis for two years they will have a percentage ownership of the player. Thus even if he returns to Barca Betis will receive a part of any future transfer fee Barca gets for selling the player.

Barcelona signed Roque last summer in a deal worth €30 million. The 19-year-old played just 16 games for Barca scoring twice.
