Armando Broja was set to join Ipswich Town and Fabrizio Romano had even given his stamp of approval but it seems that the move is set to collapse.
Jacob Steinberg reports The move has dragged on and it is understood that there is a serious prospect of it collapsing over paperwork issues which are nothing to do with Chelsea.
The move is not completely off but Ipswich are believed to be looking at alternative options in attack for McKenna.
Romano has also verified these reports claiming Armando Broja move to Ipswich Town from Chelsea could collapse as there are issues after formal steps in last 48h.
Unlikely to happen at this stage with all parties now exploring different solutions as Jacob Steinberg reports.
