Manchester City winger Oscar Bobb has suffered a serious injury just days before the new Premier League season kicks off.
The 21-year-old who was expected to play a key role in City quest for a record fifth consecutive title has fractured a bone in his leg.
Bobb impressed with his performances last season including a dramatic winner against Newcastle and a solid pre-season showing. He also set up City equaliser in the Community Shield against Manchester United.
With Bobb likely out for several months new signing Savio will be the main option on the right wing alongside Phil Foden and Jeremy Doku. City may need to consider adding another attacker especially with Julian Alvarez recent move to Atletico Madrid.
