Liverpool could be cashing in on two promising young players before the end of the 2024 summer transfer window.
As per Paul Joyce RB Salzburg have submitted their third bid to sign Bobby Clark. They ready to offer a fee close to the Reds £10m asking price after having their recent offer of £8m rejected.
Pep Lijnders is determined to bring Clark to the Austrian club and the midfielder is appealed by the prospect of Champions League football.
Liverpool have now also set their asking price to sell defender Sepp van den Berg. As per Fabrizio Romano they want at least £20m to let the Dutchman leave.
They will not accept proposals of £10m for the 20-year-old and are standing firm on their demands. It clear that Liverpool want maximum value on their young players to let them leave.
The Reds could opt to use the money they get from the potential sales of Clark and Van den Berg and reinvest them on signing a quality young player towards the end of the summer window.
