Barcelona are still waiting for a clear decision from Nico Williams on his future reports Fernando Polo.

Even though Williams transfer has become complicated following a delay in reaching an agreement on personal terms Barca believe he may yet decide to play for them.

Barca president Joan Laporta will only give up on Nico if he signs a contract extension at Athletic Club to increase his release clause.

Reports say Williams has already been convinced to stay in Bilbao with his release clause increased to €100 million. At the moment Williams has a €58 million release clause which Barca are ready to pay.

Barca have turned their attention to Dani Olmo who has agreed to join them. Barca have since submitted a €60m bid for his signature.
