According to Fabrizio Romano Paris Saint-Germain have agreed to sign Joao Neves for a fee that rises to £59 million.
PSG have a stacked midfield unit and Neves arrival puts more pressure on them to sell some players.
Manchester United continue to be in talks to sign Manuel Ugarte who has agreed on personal terms. However there appears to be a delay in negotiations between the two clubs.
Now that Neves is set to join PSG the French side is expected to sanction a sale for Ugarte quickly.
There no doubt they need to balance the books and for the player Neves arrival means limited opportunities. He could make a stronger push to leave as well.
