Fulham have reached an agreement in principle with Arsenal to sign Emile Smith Rowe according to the BBC.
The deal a club record for Fulham includes an initial payment of £27 million plus add ons that could bring the total to £34 million.
Final details are being finalised between the clubs but personal terms have been agreed and Smith Rowe is expected to undergo a medical this week.
Last season the 24-year-old attacking midfielder played only 346 Premier League minutes making just three starts due to a knee injury that sidelined him for six weeks in October.
