Kylian Mbappe has become the majority shareholder of French club Caen which currently plays in Ligue 2 according to Le Parisien Stephane Bianchi and Benjamin Quarez.
The 25-year-old has never been part of Caen in his career so why exactly them
Some suggest this is a generous gesture from the Frenchman who was once very close to joining them. In 2012 Kylian had a verbal agreement to sign for Caen but they got relegated and weren able to afford his signing any more this was a big blow for both parties as they were in contact with each other for three years. As a result Mbappe joined Monaco instead where he turned into the hottest prospect in the world.
