Arsenal are in talks to sell Emile Smith Rowe to Fulham for a total fee of £35 million this summer as per multiple top outlets.

According to Sky Sports the Gunners will not receive the full fee up front.

To formalise the transfer Fulham will pay £27 million the remaining £8 million will be paid through performance-related bonuses.

That still a sizeable fee for Smith Rowe who not played much over the past couple of seasons due to injuries and inconsistent form.

The funds from this transfer and if a few other players are sold would go a long way in signing more new players.
