According to Fabrizio Romano former Chelsea youth academy star Rio Ngumoha has already agreed to join Liverpool.
The 16-year-old has left Stamford Bridge but it could actually take up to four weeks before he officially unveiled as a new Liverpool player.
Romano states that Rio registration to become a part of the Reds youth set-up is going through the Premier League 5 step investigation process.
This could take up to a month to be completed. Once that is formally done then he officially join Liverpool and be unveiled as a new player.
Ngumoha has been signed to improve Liverpool youth teams and continue his development. He made nine appearances for Chelsea under-18 side last season scoring one goal and providing an assist.
