According to multiple outlets Chido Obi-Martin and Arsenal are no longer in talks about him signing a new contract.
The 16-year-old is now set to leave Arsenal and potentially join Manchester United who are closely monitoring the situation.
Football London understands most of the blame is on Mikel Arteta as once again the debate over him not handing opportunities to youngsters comes up.
Obi-Martin reportedly was not happy with the contract offered by Arsenal and his agents negotiated better terms.
However Arteta is believed to have told Obi-Martin to leave as per Football Insider.
Chido scored 28 goals in 16 appearances for Jack Wilshere U18 side in the past season.
