Real Madrid have confirmed that Lucas Vazquez has signed a new contract which will see him stay at the club until June 2025.
The Spaniard has been at the club since the age of 16 joining as a youth player at Castilla. The forward broke into the first team in 2014 after a season on loan with Espanyol and has never looked back since.
The 32-year-old has made 349 appearances for the Whites senior side so far winning five La Liga and five Champions League titles as well as one Spanish Cup.
Initially a right-winger Vazquez has gradually shifted to a more defensive role and often covers for Carvajal at right-back.
