Manchester United defender Luke Shaw is generating significant buzz ahead of England highly anticipated Euro 2024 final clash against Spain .
According to The Telegraph Shaw is poised to start for the Three Lions despite having made only two appearances since recovering from an injury sustained in February.
Shaw inclusion comes at the expense of Kieran Trippier who has been filling in at left-back in Shaw absence.
However his return offers England tactical flexibility allowing them to seamlessly switch between a defensive four and a back three during the game courtesy of his natural left-footedness.
Shaw has already made an impact in the tournament featuring as a second-half substitute in England quarter-final and semi-final victories over Switzerland and the Netherlands.
His presence on the left flank is expected to provide an added dimension to England attack as they seek to claim the Euro 2024 title.
