Kostas Tsimikas has become the first Liverpool player to share his experience of new manager Arne Slot training methods describing the first week under the Dutchman as intense.

Tsimikas one of the few players who have returned to training at the AXA Training Centre told the club media: Yeah it was very good quite intense.

He Slot has very good ideas in my opinion and we work really hard and try to understand the way he wants us to play.

The Greek defender expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season saying We really looking forward after many many trainings with him to see how the team reacts in the game and what we can do.

Slot may be without some of his key players for the upcoming US tour which includes matches against Real Betis Arsenal and Manchester United.

However Tsimikas positive review of Slot methods suggests that the team is already adapting to the new manager approach.
