Manchester United are in the process of making a third bid for Jarrad Branthwaite after their first two attempts were rejected by Everton reports The Times.
The Red Devils had their initial offer worth £35 million turned down followed by another one worth £50 million.
Everton are holding out for a fee of at least £70 million they desperately need to sell players and consider Branthwaite their biggest asset.
