Gianluca di Marzio claims Lazio have opened talks with United over the possibility of signing Mason Greenwood this summer.
The Serie A side are trying their best to beat rivals Juventus to the England striker and have even submitted their first bid to the Red Devils.
Lazio are reportedly willing to pay a 20million transfer fee for Greenwood signing. Knowing this would be too low they also included an interesting phrase.
The Italian side is ready to add a 50 percent price tag on the deal. This means that under these conditions Man United receive 50% of any price Lazio gets for the sale of Greenwood in the future.
However the Red Devils were quick to dismiss the offer as they want at least 30million to sell the winger in the summer.
Man United hope to use the proceeds from the sale of Greenwood to increase their summer budget. The England international who scored 10 goals and provided six assists for Getafe last season is also open to a move to Italy.
