The report says Chelsea feel the finances involved in the deal are beyond the reach of the Blues want a balanced wage structure and feel that Crystal Palace do not fit the bill.
Chelsea also think they already have a lot of left-backs in the squad along with Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke with Omari Hutchinson and Angelo Gabriel. Estavao Willian and Kendry Paez will also join the club in 2025.
The club want to add two more signings this summer.
