According to Fabrizio Romano the Wolves managed Chelsea to sign Pedro Lima from Sport Recife.
The Brazilian club initially agreed a deal with Chelsea owner BluesCo to sell him to Strasbourg. He is set to join the Blues at a later date. But Sport Recife has made a big comeback for that.
Instead they announced that an agreement had been reached with the Wolves to send the 17-year-old right-back to England immediately.
An official statement from Sport Recife said: The Recife Sport Club has announced that it has signed Pedro Lima economic and federal transfer rights agreement with the Wolverhampton Wanderers from England.
The agreement is subject to customary terms including the consent of the athlete to a medical examination conducted by the English club. President Yuri Romao and the Football Management Committee will detail the operation in a statement once all business-related activities are completed.
