Hansi Flick understands Barca financial problems and has agreed to pay less than 30% of what Xavi is paid at Barca according to Diario Sport Tony Munar.

Xavi and his coaches were paid a total of 18 million a year before he was sacked. So Flick and his team will earn around 12.6 million when they start working in Barcelona.

It is said that Flick also understands that Barca may not have good competition in the transfer market and is willing to work with and bring in the best players available.
