Sergio Ramos is currently in high-level talks to sign San Diego FC according to The Athletic.
Ramos cut a hefty salary cut to sign Sevilla childhood club last summer but the famous defender will not be staying in Spain beyond 2024 and is now looking to end his career in the US.
But San Diego FC is just an MLS expansion team that has yet to form and will make its MLS debut in 2025.
However Ramos is likely to earn more than him at Sevilla as San Diego is in a similar position to Inter Miami in 2018. Today they have players like Leo Messi with Luis Suarez and Sergio Busquets on salaries.
Ramos has won the Champions League four times in his entire career at Real Madrid. He also won the World Cup in 2010.
