Thibaut Courtois has undergone successful knee surgery following a new injury he recovered on Tuesday March 19th.
The Belgium international will begin his rescue operation in the next few days.
This is Courtois second surgery in just seven months. His recovery now should take about two more months.
The 31-year-old has not appeared for Real Madrid alone this season. Andriy Lunin is expected to remain the first choice goalkeeper until the end of the campaign.
