Man United are planning a major summer transfer window that will include the sale of a number of players.
According to Fabrizio Romano the Red Devils are set to hold internal talks soon on the departures of Mason Greenwood and Jadon Sancho.
There is a feeling that both the club and the players can be happy with a permanent transfer in the summer but the final decision will be up to Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Greenwood is attracting interest from La Liga clubs and he could be sold for around £40 million after returning from a loan move to Getafe.
Sancho meanwhile does not want to return to Old Trafford after a loan spell at Borussia Dortmund and is likely to move.
Man United are likely to sign new strikers in the summer transfer window to bolster their attacking options and could push for a new winger if both can be sold as well.
