According to The Athletic David Ornstein Arsenal will prioritize the signing of a new center-back in the transfer market this summer.
They focus on improving their front line with a quality forward center and have some goals that they already appreciate.
Arsenal want RB Leipzig Benjamin Sesko. Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres and Brighton youngster Evan Ferguson on their roster.
With that said it will not be easy for Mikel Arteta side to sign any of these three. Brighton are reportedly set to ask for more than 100million for their striker while Gyokeres are also being assessed around the notion by the Portuguese side.
On the other hand Sesko just joined RB Leipzig last summer and the German club are unlikely to let him go easily.
Of those three goals Gyokeres have the most goals in 18 games in 22 Liga Portugal matches while Ferguson has six in the Premier League this season and Sesko seven in 21 Bundesliga games.
Arsenal lacked a real goal-scorer to lead their attack this season with Gabriel Jesus scoring just four goals in the PL and Nketiah scoring five in this campaign.
